Plumbers should immediately be reported of any kind of leakage in the drain pipes or even any other small defect should not be taken lightly as these can cause great problems at a later stage.

If there is tank system in the home, it should be regularly inspected. The tank may need to be pumped out every few years. So regular visits by plumbers to check for various working of drains is advisable and is also beneficial in the long run.
